Information about the area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kourouta beach is located in the prefecture of Ilia overlooking the Ionian Sea and just 3 kilometers from Amaliada. It is one of the most exploited tourist beaches of the prefecture with excellent organization, which every year is awarded with the Blue Flag providing all the necessary amenities to visitors. It is very long with wonderful golden sand and crystal clear waters that deepen gradually. It is fully organized so you will find sunbeds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, water sports facilities but also restaurants, beach bars and cafes that will take care to meet your every need in food, coffee, drink and entertainment. If you choose to stay until late then you will be compensated by the magnificent sunset. Access to the beach is very easy and is via the new national road Patras-Pyrgos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golden Beach is a vast beach, 6 km long, and its shallow waters make it ideal for families with children. Its sand is very fine and golden, which is why it was given this name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
